Historic Lynchburg Spicy Shrimp Po'Boy Sandwich
 
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • Same ingredients used in our Historic Lynchburg Spicy Marinaded Shrimp
  • 2 French sandwich rolls or use baguettes
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 large tomato sliced
  • 1 jalapeño pepper thinly sliced
Instructions:
  1. First, prepare the marinaded shrimp the same way as in our Historic Lynchburg Spicy Marinaded Shrimp recipe.
  2. While the shrimp is grilling, lightly toast your French rolls. They are best when they are crispy on the outside but nice and soft on the inside.
  3. Pile the grilled spicy marinaded shrimp onto the buns along with shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes and sliced Jalapeño peppers.
Note: This makes 2 large sandwiches or you can easily divide the ingredients to make 4 smaller sandwiches. For those who like it spicier drizzle a little Historic Lynchburg Jalapeño or Habanero Hot Sauce on top!
