The people of Lynchburg have been using dry rubs to enhance the flavor of their meats and vegetables before the turn of the century. Gobblin' Good Turkey Rub is an excellent dry rub seasoning for turkey, chicken, other fowl, vegetables and soups. Rub turkey with olive or vegetable oil and sprinkle seasoning liberally all over turkey inside and out.
